A heartfelt "Thank you" to all my sponsors who shared in my latest art making adventure. I left for Southeast Asia in March and returned in June. My travels took me around the world, visiting Australia, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Italy and Spain. I painted and ate my way thru Aboriginal, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist and Christian cultures, returning to present a show of my journey's work in July. I recently completed a painting that was used on the 2006 United Community Bank's Christmas card. Unfortunately, my name was misspelled on the card as Jon Whidden. Here it is.

All my Folk Art original paintings include the frames in the stated size. All paintings are acrylic on wood except for the icons which are mica/acrylic/wood.
